The Saltbox Barn is lovely! A beautiful place to get married or to host a reception or an event. It’s so easy to get to, right off of I-5, but far enough that you wont hear road noise. The barn itself is rustic but well-kept with some artistic odds and ends that make it truly unique. The property is gorgeous, big and open and overlooking the farm fields. There are trees, a garden and many other lovely photo opportunities. I’ve been to two event here, both were beautiful.

Friday: $3,250

Additional costs: the client would need to purchase an event liability insurance policy which is between $100-$200. If alcohol is being provided (beer, wine and champagne only) the client would need to purchase a banquet permit that is $10 and hire a bartender from our approved list which is $25/hour, we schedule the bartender for the event. We require a $750 REFUNDABLE damage deposit, this is due 60 days prior to event, and these funds only get deposited in the unlikely event of damages occurring.               

Provided with rental:  We have a lot of complimentary items with the venue including wood tables (round or rectangle), 150 wood folding chairs, a variety of galvanized vases, galvanized tubs for drinks, a 1966 Airstream for photo ops, a custom metal arbor, a custom fire pit with s’mores roasting sticks, etc. and more, you can find more information and pictures on our website

Rehearsal: we allow a 1.0 hour rehearsal window on the Thursday prior to the event. This is also our open house and other people might be on the property during this time. See time slots below for rehearsals.
